Added more norse names to the norse name generator

Optimization for diet patches (Thanks Zera)
Various fixes and cleanup related to piloted/engulfing/parasiting etc. pawns
For example:
- Parasiting/piloting pawns can now eject from downed characters
- Downed foes who were parasited trigger the story-teller-based death-on-downed less often than usual. Also they get stunned when leaved.

Cleaned up a bunch of old cold and fixed some edge cases. Including one rendering issue.
Fixed a race-condition kind of case situation I suspect was the cause of sudden death on injured giants, and them sometimes shrinking down

Added some more checks to make sure forced temporary bodies (like werewolf forms) don't get replaced quite so easily.

Also made trait removal from filter trigger trait-removed events.

Not sure if there was a reason I avoided that before...

More and better auto combat setting in the mod menu for those who enable it.

Small update to make stuff that compensates for natural hunger fall use the category method which is more frequently patched into. (cached ofc.)

Commented out the robot recharger setup etc. which would have been loaded in when used with Simply Robots

It works fine, but it needs proper graphics before it is ready for prime-time.

Added autocombat feature toggle for other modders to use if they wish. The Remove all extra buttons option will take priority over the feature toggle tho
