Fixed some issues with the lootable map item and its possible conflict with other mod maps. (Applies to old savegames as well). Unsubscribe and Subscribe again if steam fails to automatically update.

-Added lake/river names to lootable map item.
-Changed/fixed lootable Camden County map spawn locations/probabilities.
-Changed foraging zone sizes in one cell that had been left unnoticed initially.
-Fixed some road blending.
-Added a couple of low priority tiny utility buildings.
-Added some visual town sign objects for better navigation.
