Tweaked Honkmothers Herald of Clownery - deals less clowncosis and the sprite is smaller making it look less silly.

Changed Existing Talent: Humor Foundation - Lowered Medical skill bonus to 10 from 20.

The thinking here is why would you *Not* go humor foundation? Hopefully this will help people think about which talent to go rather than making it give too much value compared to others.

Added New Talent (Kind of): Honkmotherian Ingenuity - Allows you to Tinker with devices. Some of the older Barotrauma players will remember this talent from the mechanic, i figure id try reintroducing it to see how it feels and its actually quite fun as a clown. Unlike the original it is limited to pumps, engines and loaders. It also damages the devices at twice the normal rate.

As always feedback and suggestions are welcome about this change or any for that matter.

Updated item tags so that items can now be fit into the clown security vest and other inventories going forward.

Removed Mime wall for now. Needs more work.

Updated Talent: Buffed Explosive Entertainment to be 2 quality levels higher instead of one, hopefully making it more enticing.

Updated Talent: Clown Connections - On honking your bikehorn at a newly discovered outpost you increase your relations with the clowns by +1. Can only be triggered once per outpost.

Updated the Honkmothers Testing Center to a new outpost.

Updated clown flashbang grenades to give Clowncosis.

Updated Talent: Clown Connections - Now gives +1 reputation to the Clown faction when you complete any mission.

Clown clothes now properly tag the user as a clown. This includes Mime, Cultist and the Honkmothers helmet.

Updated Clowncosis to be more interesting.

Reworked Talent: Cult following is now Beast Master. Buffed range of effect and made the application of the effect more reliable. Still needs more work.
