new config attribute SubtractOnDamage, if set to true, the points players gain on damaging defined blocks are subtracted from the player the blocks belong to (only applicable to player owned blocks)

- Combat Zones can be set to KotH mode, in this mode, the zones have different resolution rules, and do not require certain amount of time to capture/finish. In KotH mode, the Combat Zones track time spent in the uncontested zone as points, and when the Combat Zone finishes, it rewards faction which got the most points in the Zone.
- Possibility to set consolation prize for players that did not win the Zone, but participated and got certain amount of point at least.
- Reward items can be configured with combat score thresholds, meaning, you can have an extra incentive for players to gather combat score through PVE/PVP combat to then have a chance to get better rewards.

- Combat Seasons can now be fully automated, with new configuration on how many days the season's last and at which hour of a day should they then switch to the next season
- Adding "Previous" to the custom data of the LCD which displays the scores will show the data from the previous combat season.
- Apps with combat scores show how many days until the next combat season (works only on Master, if Seasons are enabled)
- Score LCDs should now display correctly on wide LCDs as well
