renamed "IO Toolbox" to "IO Storage Container"
added support for Tonic Liquid, Nitroglycerin.
added a new recipe for Safe Storage Container which includes 22 IO Storage Containers marked with elementary materials.
fixed a bug that every IO Storage Conatainer spawns a material on new round start.

added unique sprite for IO Toolbox (drawn by a friend of mine).
added support for Liquid Oxygenite.
added new item "Safe Storage Crate" for transporting materials between subs manually.
made the IO Toolbox float in water.
added anti-griefer measure: to show this box on the sonar if it's not contained in a locker, to prevent griefers from dropping them into the sea without being noticed
