shopping "Tutorial" is now much more in depth, leads you through the process of buying Undead items and resurrecting yourself.

Fixed little issues with the bots

Everyone now has a radio by default.
Radio can be switched to channel 0 to turn it off.

Added some more hooks for devs.
Small fixes/changes.

Did bits of spectate polish,
you now can't place stuff when spectating people.
fixed the spectate flashlight on high ping clients

did some navpatcher polish, it was creating duplicate window areas if the navmesh already had window areas.

Simplified scoring logic, you get score for every heartbeat
Simplified finest prey logic, now any score you gain while alive, counts towards the finest prey stuff.
