- Relevant police and park ranger vehicles were overwritten to use what the mod uses. They will be able to be used in vehicle events such as the police barricade now.

- Added the Louisville Police Department in very small numbers around the map. Larger presence will be concentrated in Louisville itself.

- All vehicle parts now have a white texture + icons and this should be the standard moving forward.
