Removed GP-7 and GP-5 overlays (because they don't have them in EFT)

NVG-15 Phong lighting fixed

Everything is now in except NVG-15's blue color.

If something is missing (Except balaclavas / event stuff / rivals / etc) leave a comment

I might create a Rivals/Event pack later or maybe even SPT-AKI ports.

Items are renamed to sort it out and show the protection class!

Additions:
All glasses are now in;
Comtac IV added making headsets complete;
All helmets are now in;
Shattered mask and Death Knight masks added;
Hockey player masks added;
Osprey assault and Osprey defence added;
Goons/USEC Boss gear added (Their chest rigs);
Military/Army caps, Bomber Beanie and Tagilla (BOSS) Cap added;
Also added the Commando CR and SProfi MK2 CR;
RBAV AF, TT SK, Bagariy, M1, M2 added.

Changes:
Fixed some armor class placements.
