Fixed a bug that caused camera to drift in certain circumstances. Tweaks to certain RS methods.

Tweaked recoil recovery slightly.
This change targets semi auto weapons (and full auto weapons with low fire rates) that would reset recoil before the next shot could be fired.

Patched some stuff under the hood.
Removed test items that nobody noticed (lol)
