Update: Addressing misleading description of the damage type used by Psychic War - Mental Combat. It does not actually deal Bleed or Psi Damage, but instead, Mental Damage, which is blocked by Mind Shields.

Fix for the Action Point granted by Advantageous Terrain only being able to be used to move

Fix for a Conflict with a unknown Mod that was breaking the Betrayal Dark Event. Added configurability to the chances of Betrayal Missions spawning as well.

Dark Event: Blood Tide no longer shows up in an Unit's Abilities list, to fix the issue where it would show even when not active.
