- Attempted fix to combat irresponsible addons that override the chat hook. Note to addon developers:

USE COMMON SENSE. IF YOU DON'T NEED TO RETURN A VALUE TO A HOOK, DON'T DO IT!
It makes everyone else's life harder if you block other addons from listening to the hooks!
