Truly Unique Generals:
- Turrets now deal increased damage when defending. (+50%)
- Stealth units now deal increased damage while in stealth (+25%)
- Tesla units now deal increased damage on first strike (+25%)
- Decreased damage of Tesla units by 25 % to compensate
- In addition to the above changes, increased overall damage of Special forces + they also replenish AP when killing units. Small price increase to compensate (+200).
- Small damage increase for Elite troopers.

- Added fast unload to Special Forces, Spy, Recon Copter and Storm Copter
