- Moved Drill Ship to Navy General
- Fixed Heavy Tank not being exclusive to Tank General
- Fixed Damage Type of Snipers
- Made additional air units available to Air Force General
- Made Aircraft Carrier available to Navy General
- Aircraft Carriers can build Fighter Planes and Battle Copters now
- Removed Radar Base requirement for the Defense Point so Pillboxes can be built earlier / also adjusted the according Tech Level
