Experimental Fixes!

This may or may not have fixed a bug relating to dismissing crew members on vanilla ships with CYOS installed. I'm not sure!

Turns out both versions of the Fenerox could be patched with the exact same blockKey.config.patch. Weird as hell but I'm not complaining.

Known Issues
For some reason, the captain's chair in at least one Cormorant is prone to just not showing up. The white one just uses humancaptainschair, black uses glitchcaptainschair. Or you can spawn whichever other one you prefer, they're interchangeable like that.

Aegi can now actually use their ships. I have no idea how or when this broke, since I tested the initial implementation and things were fine. The error I got was a new one too.

I encountered an odd issue in the first test, but the second was fine. It may not be CYOS (I actually suspect worldgen), but do let me know if you encounter any strangeness.

Trivia
The Condor is Tier 69. Nice. That also means compatibility with standalone BYOS is officially broken. Took longer than I expected, but this is why I included a BYOS option in CYOS.
