fully removed old safes that shouldint be in this mod anymore anyways

oops left something in on the medium steel cabinet that blocked attaching over stuff

hopfully fixed any bugs and hopfully didint break it even more and yes the new image isint centered and no i dont intend to fix it

likely a bug on baros part


fully removed resource containers they were disabled long ago
removed extra safes and cards no use for them

small update to some movement values no sprinting with some certain items and now you can move more then 1mile per year when you are holding a oxygen tank holder
