- GC will now force Martial Law once the Agaris war has escalated (might not work on existing saves)
- FAF ability to capture a colony conditions has been relaxed
- GC & FAF ships have new lines directed to the player

"0.4.5" Most stuff if still WIP please give feedback
- Updated Azuris, Carcosa, Station 27 and Sunset City. (All are still wip)
- 4 new specific starting options
- A reworked rebalanced economy with civilian products
- GPS for story Event will now show the remaining time, and should be removed automatically
- Fixed some missing ore for IO on Agaris
- Moved Station 27 to another location. Existing saves will need to be updated manually
