Fixing boon printing.

Adding peer loadout/inventory to the boon view.
Added integration with Ranald's Refund

Adding options to suppress reward popups in game, attempt to avoid too many server-controlled buffs by simply not adding them, and added a not enough power_ups left in the pool safety buffer (4 by default, increase this if using mods that increase how many power ups are shown in shrines and cursed chests).

Added some printing options.
