Different Bots interaction fix

Fixing bot weapon loading.

Added support for Ranald's Refund (https://steamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2744131330).
Fixed how talents are activated in some cases.

Small change to make Boons 4 Bots work more seamlessly with the over-boon protection in Boon Manager.

Extending stability (but not boons) to adventures.

Now with twice the stability!

Improved stability, but since it's not 100%, added a middle-of-the-road option to defer bot weapon upgrades until the start of the next map. Should be much safer.

Also added more options for printing bot boons.

Found a stable way to upgrade weapons pretty quickly, options allow enabling/disabling boon/weapon upgrades for bots independently.

Delayed weapon upgrades for bots for stability.
