Removed 10+ Charge requirement to use special Combat Pages. 10+ Charge is only needed to boost dice power.

Buffed several Combat Pages:

Ascension now gives 3 Charge instead of 2.

Increased the dice roll values of Morning Star, Evolution, Advance, Solidarity, and Termination.

Added a small screen shake when landing a successful hit with the second die of Retribution, Reckoning, and Blade of Victory.

Passive Changes:

Reworked Azure Overdrive. The passive now gives +1 Power if user has Burn and Haste and all allies gain 5 Charge at the start of the Act.

Energy Generator now gives Haste at 10+ Charge and inflicts less Burn to self.

Energy Coolant inflicts less Burn to self after recovering from Stagger.
