Updated gorgerestrictions:
- Lowered enforcement time from 20 to 10 sec
- Added a force reload of scoreboard data before checking for amount of gorges

New extension Improved Com HUD
This extension will display a status symbol on players that request medpack or ammo.
Also healthbar will become more and more red the lower HP a player have.

Added new extension GorgeRestrictions

Will block evolve of more than 2 gorges first 20 sec and only enabled on standard ns2 gamemode.

Added VPN check + Is Admin option

Added new command to give player immune to spectator kicks "sh_speckickimmune"

Remove SPH and gametime as both are not working anymore
