Experimental update
-Overhaul the UAS tank HEAT and ATGM ammunition.

The reason for this is because when I tried using HEAT shell from tank against other tank. I found out that it is very underpowered. So I overhauled it.

I don't know if this will be perfectly balanced or not. That why it is experimental. I can revert back if thing goes south.
