- fixed some bugs with defused SLAM's

- fixed tripmine mode
- added detonate mode
- you now getting points for kills with the SLAM
- traitor get a SLAM warning, like C4 warning
- you can now pick up SLAM
- SLAM's can now be defused and can be picked up after defusing, by everyone
- Traitor don't get a karma penalty, if another Traitor gets killed by their SLAM's
- added configurable amount of bought SLAM's and max SLAM's (garrysmod/data/ttt_weapons/slam/config.txt)
