- Fixed kills not being tracked at all for clients.
- Commented out hooks which attempted to log stagger events. Only the host has the necessary information to track stagger numbers, so I'm making that a future effort.

Disabled debug flag that I accidentally left enabled and removed an unwanted chat log.
