> Refined collision meshes of new blocks

- Implemented modular steep stairs with 14 blocks (6 tips, 8 bases)
- Removed existing steep stair blocks
- Added compact corner and u-turn stairs for both regular and steep half-width stairs
- Tweaked block variant lists to improve building experience

Added support pieces (3 Hinge Supports and 5 Stairs Supports)

New Stair blocks, including a range of steep stairs.
