+ Made the AI much better, giving it custom code for detecting incoming attacks and projectiles. This allow it to dodge/parry much more effectively in many cases

Buffs
+ Meen can now cancel attacks into USpecial if he has his book out, this will consume the book but opens up new combo routes he didn't have before. When doing this, you can also hold parry to teleport half the distance if needed
+ In addition to the above, Meen can now special-cancel more of his moves (mainly into NSpecial, but in some cases others too). If cancelled into NSpecial, the move is faster and the wand will aim for a player
+ Added a physical hitbox to DAttack, which can hit if the projectile doesn't, or if the projectile is on cooldown
+ A few misc moves are somewhat faster (ex: FTilt, NAir, UAir, etc)
Nerfs
- A good few moves are somewhat weaker in return for other buffs. Reason being I felt Meen should be fairly weak physically and shouldn't kill so well, but should make up for it in other ways... Plus his new USpecial cancel is pretty good lol
- Added a brief DAttack projectile cooldown and made the explodo fruit hitbox slightly smaller
- Weight change (1.15->1.22)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Added some tips to his phone since he lacked those
+ Spider summon works a bit differently and will now bounce back when hitting a player. Makes it chain a bit less into itself, but also stays on stage a bit longer
+ Added extra impact to powerful hits, and made hits in general feel better with a custom shaky hitpause effect
+ Tweaked some hitpause on many moves to be somewhat lower

Nerfs
- Made FSpecial hitboxes a bit smaller (they revert to their original size on hit, however)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Added a lot of missing voice lines, and now uses voice lines better in general (ex: Meen had no galaxy/near kill sounds on hit, nothing on parry, only 1 intro line, etc, but all that has been improved). He even has victory quotes now!
+ Added new victory theme using the I. M. Meen Remix (mostly due to the new quotes which wouldn't work with the old one)
+ Added angle 0 to NAir, FTilt, FStrong, and BAir
+ Fixed a bug about the winter wand getting parried and freezing yourself
+ Fixed FSpecial not being able to move backwards without ending prematurely (it'll still happen, but now only much closer to the blast zone)
+ Small fix to techroll animation
+ Some small misc fixes and optimization
