Added a missing tag to the spawngroup for each bunkers that should stop them from attacking until you attack them.
I believe the issue was being caused the MES combat phase not being ignored which it now should.

Updated behaviour names to match the update in ACS so that the bunkers continue to work.

Any old bunkers in your same will need to be removed using the F10 admin tools Entity list as they will no longer be functioning correctly.
