- Added Korean localization (as provided by a user of the mod). If you would like to provide a localization for any other language (French, German, Russian, etc.) feel free to follow the template laid out in the current localization files to create your own localization file, and add me as a friend to send the file over.

Small, but important, update.

- Added ability to change the de jure capital county of duchies, kingdoms, and empires. Just make sure your county is de jure part of those duchies / kingdoms / empires and the decision will show up when you set the county as target.
- Changed the decisions so that some invalid combinations won't make the decision to transfer titles show up (like a kingdom to a kingdom, a kingdom to a duchy, etc.)

Small update.

- Both decisions are now classified as major, so you don't have to scroll all the way down each time you want to transfer titles if you have many different possible decisions.
