+ Added proper LOD. (Has low-poly model when far away & for shadow.)
+ Uses Nick's animations. Will still use Francis' anims for the following:
---- Intro anims use Coach's just Like Francis except for C2's (Dark Carnival) due to clipping issues.
---- Idle Calm Pistol uses Bill's as Nick's had the arm clip inside her breasts.
---- The Intro and Outro anims for the Passing are corrected.
+ Includes GLUBTASTIC 4 anims.
