Make voice lines travel further, and added a pitch change for when the morality core is destroyed like seen in the actual battle.

Enhanced map support, and the addon now includes an edited version of escape_02 without scripts or GLaDOS - this map will likely be the most authentic way to use the pill.

Added initial support for various versions of the GLaDOS chamber map, so things like the neurotoxin emmiters and screens are now also controlled by the pill.
