Improved optional map destruction sequence

Updated the map, added an optional ending sequence on escape_02_pill_destruction that can be triggered by running the console command 'glados_pill_endsequence'

Modified escape_02_pill_destruction to include an ending sequence. Not currently implimented I'll get to that in a bit..

Modified escape_02_pill_destruction to include further bits of destruction across the map, such as the wall in the main chamber tearing apart. Also introduced a bug with worldportals that I'm too lazy to fix at the moment and doesn't really matter as far as the fight is concerned.
