All depletion rates are now more consistient and based on the time passed, they should work properly with things like host_timescale. A lot of beta features have been rolled out for testing and the like.

Now added the option to for the player to have a certain amount of stamina before jumping (on by default)

Stamina will now never deplete in noclip mode, even when skimming along the ground.
