Added special handling for Bodyguard, Pirate, Amnesiac, Unknown, and Beacon. Split grace time ConVar by mimic and doppelganger

Added marker on bodies indicating they were doppelganger.
Added ttt2_mim_grace_time ConVar which makes the dop/mim's target immune to damage from the dop/mim for a period.
Dop/Mim are no longer able to damage their targeted player while stealing their role
