Fixed v_arms(fps, first person arms), also fixed body and arms normals, (smooth shading)

Added missing burn textures, now working properly sorry I took so long

added first person animations for the jockey(versus mode)

changed $lightwraptexture paramater
model appears to look smoother now/ 'flatshaded'

Replaced Jockey sounds with the ones from Postal 2 (thanks to Yakuza Merkitzi )
