-other players rolling/airdodging through stars now destroys them
-lowered hitstun multiplier on stars (.75 -> .5)

-reverted ustrong endlag (21 -> 19)

-moved forward special hitbox back a little bit so the early part of the animation isn't as disjointed
-lowered soft armor on dash attack and down special more (8 -> 4)

-increased hitpause scaling on forward strong (.6 -> 1)
-lowered base knockback on forward strong (8.5 -> 8)
-increased ustrong endlag (19 -> 21)
-increased forward strong endlag (15 -> 17)

-parrying stationary stars now puts them on cooldown instead of putting rocky in parry stun (spawning the stars, not the move itself)
-parrying punched stars now reflects them instead of putting rocky in parry stun
