Vehicle Additions
+Added 4 more Buggy variants
+Added 5 Charger variants
+Added the Truck

Fixes and Improvements
*Overhauled the lights on certain vehicles
+Added exhaust positions that were missing on some vehicles
*Rebalanced the mass of most vehicles
*Altered the redline of some vehicles
*Moved the seating positions of many vehicles to more accurate spots
*Moved the engine and fuel positions of some vehicles to a more accurate spot
*Fixed the fuel type of the Buggy 26 "Combine Speeder"

Other notes
-The possibility of adding support for the bikes in this update had been explored, but was deemed to be unfeasible for the time being due to a suspected inherent characteristic with the bikes from the original prop_vehicle_jeep base.
