- More bug fixes and script cleanup

- Some defines changed to help with performance specifically generated pool characters was reduced from 6-10 to 2-5. These generated characters are one of the major causes of lag in the game and this alone reduces the amount of characters at game start by about ~5k. The maximum amount of guests in courts was also reduced to 0 0 4 6 8 15 from 0 0 6 8 12 20. These numbers reference barony, county, duchy, kingdom, empire level titles. This does mean you may need to work harder to find characters for your court though.

- Cleaned up graphics folder to get rid of duplicate entries
- Various other bug fixes from error log
- Further graphical fixes for cultures to finish up the setup for MHG. ie now China and other various areas have their square walls and cities

- Fixed a broken bracket that broke camp buildings
