- Updated to Stellaris v3.3 'Libra'
- Swapped most of the influence cost for unity cost.
- The bureaucratic jobs or any other building no longer produce admin cap. Instead they produce great amounts of unity.
- Updated the scripted trigger for the planetary diversity planets.
- Introduced a lesser version of the Ignem Aeternum to be mounted on normal ships. It has half the damage and double the reload time. The OG Ignem is reserved for the (buildable) Phanon Ships only.

-Restructured the superior constructs decision code to use a case-switch instead of many if-statements.
-Offloaded that new switch statement into a scripted trigger, to make it easier for other mods to overwrite it.

-Fixed Insane Allocation to sometimes bug out and not yield any score towards the reimagination project.
-Changed the event scopes of some old special projects from planet to country as they should be.
-Changed the Pylon Star list to only start appearing once the player has researched the Stellar Converter technology.

-Phanon Planetary Shields only block colossus weapons if they are not ruined or disabled.
-Delta, Alpha, Sigma and Phanon Tier shield generators only spawn shields if the building is not ruined or disabled.
-Warbarges and Delta Tier Habitats can now be researched without SOPHIA if you either are an Ascended Empire or border any Fallen Empire or Awakened Fallen Empire.

-Fixed loss of jobs when upgrading from Delta Tier capital building to Alpha Tier
-Drastically buffed automated buildings through all tiers to make them compete better with job based buildings.
-The Master Archive is now truly buildable only once per planet, previously upgrading it to higher tiers reset the one-per-planet counter.

-Nerfed Phanon Combat computers to be slightly less powerful then Omega Tier. (From 50%->30% stats increase)
-Added missing ship behaviours to the Phanon Combat computers, leading to funny behaviour in battle.

-Removed unused and thus unnecessary full file event overwrites and just overwrite what is really needed to change. This should help alleviate some unnecessary work of sifting through changes through events should they ever change due to an ACOT update.
