-French 120mm added, 19 block long class 4 firing AP and HE accurately.

__Sweeping AP and APHE performance changes__
-AP penetration halved on all classes, fragment count increased to make up for the difference in damage
-This was done to distinguish AP from APDS+APHE by making it more distinct, and reducing the unrealistic set 'explosion' point where you have to penetrate a fair amount of armour to do any fragmentation. This makes sense for APHE, but AP now acts closer to IRL where it fragments very shortly after impact simulating the armour going _with_ the shell.

-AP fragments now have longer range, but heavy damage falloff. This will likely not change anything tank related but mean you won't be killed by a stray piece of metal 300m away from a tank that was pierced.
-More importantly, I've overhauled the frag graphics.
-Custom spark particle effects on impact
-APHE velocity upped from 400m/s to 500m/s, identical to AP. It being at 400m/s like the more sensitive chemical shells (Smoke, HESH, HEAT, HE) did not make sense.

Previously, the above shot would have went clean through with no damage, however the shell fragments inside the tank early on and shows the wider damage spread at the expense of concentrated penetrative force
