Removed manual turret base addition, instead have it in required items

Hopefully fixed stand model not existing, found out it was in another addon and I just added it into the files for this, credits for model at bottom of description

Fixed Turrets firing into ground if they had a target and got disabled, added config setting for UI viewing distance

Initial addon creation.
