- Fixed Reconnoiter's Battle Scanner not being a free action.

- An update to Aks' Russian Localization.

- One new ability: Hurricane Slash. A Slash attack against an adjacent target. Costs 1 Movement action and does not end the turn when used if you have other action points remaining. Cannot be used with standard action points, or if the soldier is burning or disoriented.

- New ability: Multitasking. Whenever you Aid Protocol a target, you also Aid Protocol yourself. This includes Threat Assessment, if available.

- New ability: Reconnoiter (it's called FreeScanner in the code). Every 4 turns, as a free action, you can use a Battle Scanner. This does not require or consume any actual equipped Battle Scanners.

- Heist Artist has been re-coded to provide an item during tactical missions that passively grants +150 Hacking instead of adding it to the soldier's base stat. This is for the purpose of (hopefully) fixing the Enemy Protocol bug. You may need to respec your Agent(s) and any other unit that has this ability to ensure they get the updated version.

- Another update to Cryxalus' Russian Localization.

- One new ability, Stasis Shell. Puts the user into Stasis until the start of your next turn. Usable only with Momentum action points and only once every other turn.

- Another update to Cryxalus' Russian Localization.

- One new ability: See The Future. Usable with a Momentum action point, it makes the soldier Untouchable for one enemy attack.
