error textures fix

Fixed Bugged Sync, fixed a lot of bugs, 2 New Vests, rebalance

removed the print function that I forgot to remove .-.

Fixed armor positions on default female playermodel and CSS arctic terrorist(the rest of the models later)
As an experiment added a change in the position of the armor depending on the animation (only default female playermodels and arctic playermodel)
