potential fix for game intro cut off

-fixed default jingles playing over custom jingles if you had repentogon and mmc enabled at the same time (MMC recreates music jingles using sfx, repentogon uses actual music jingles, so the game was playing a music jingle and a sound effect at the same time)

-fixed music not always transitioning properly after a boss kill while in greed mode
-fixed devil/angel door spawn sound sometimes not playing in greed mode
-added options to custom mode for the nightmare and dogma nightmare jingles

-fixed check for fading in music over the run start intro jingle not triggering unless the user was running repentogon
-fixed Jingles only mode sometimes playing the challenge intro jingle instead of silence
-added option for changing the jingle setting of all soundtracks, so you don't have to set each one individually if you have a large number of them
