- Updated to LAO 2.0 v.23 of content, minus Wayback's affix expansions

- Includes the new affix changes and 2 hand weapon balances

- Change drop rates on a lot of the spell scrolls. Most are never seen, so they should drop with a bit more frequency and variety.

- Increased the Portal and Identify spell scrolls to slightly higher then other spells. I have never found one of these with around a 300 hours played. Hopefully they will drop with more frequency now.

-Normal weapons now have a Magic Version. Adds around 300 items.
