Quick patch to fix broken signal at Harlow Mill and missing QD destinations from Bishops Stortford.
(Please note: although technically you *can* drive to/from Cheshunt, you will experience glitches and bugs while doing so as this section of line is not ready for trains yet.)
Added a little bit more scenery around Roydon.
Adjusted "Old Rd" bridge at Harlow Mill to be the correct width (previously there was an UP Loop that went under the bridge but has since been lifted)
Adjusted some lineside fencing and OLE stanchions at Bishops Stortford, Spellbrook, Sawbridgeworth, Harlow Mill and Roydon so that they encompass the line fully + the numerous goods loops that have since been lost to time.
Started swapping some assets to originate from GEML rather than the alternates where the asset is identical between packs. This is to ensure that if a player does only have GEML, that they are able to see as much of the scenery as possible with as few gaps as possible.

Added scenery between Harlow Town and Roydon.
Fixed more broken signals between Harlow and Roydon.
Reinstalled signals on Broxbourne - Harlow section of line including AWS/TPWS safety systems meaning that section of line is once again fully driveable.
Removed/fixed small bug with QDs originating at Broxbourne (DN direction) with destination of Stansted Airport where the pathfinder would get confused and divert the train to Cambridge, and then up the other side of the triangle.
Laid track in Liverpool Street station (it is not currently connected to anything, but it is there) as far as Bethnal Green station.
Minor tweaks involving approach control/limited aspect routes.
Reinstalled L1153? (can't remember the exact ID but it was one of the ones that broke) in Bishops Stortford as it seems somewhere along the line I removed it and failed to reinstall it.
Reinstalled Spellbrook, Sawbridgeworth and Roydon level crossings as somewhere along the line they also broke.
Removed duplicate Stansted DGL/DN Goods Loop QD destinations so now there is only one.
Laid a small section of track from Coppermill Junction as far as the DN side of Clapton station at the "A V Roe" viaduct.
Added the additional line between Meridian Water and Lea Bridge.
Started building the South Tottenham spur at the Tottenham Hale end.
Added in more scenery where it broke at Stansted Mountfitchet, Bishops Stortford and Harlow Mill.

Signalling:
Added exit ground signals (protecting the ground frames) to stop the automated dispatcher complaining at Harlow Mill, Bishops Stortford and Stansted DGL

ESR of 20MPH implemented on the DN main through P1 at Bishops Stortford while signal failure (L1153 and L1155) is being investigated.

SCENERY PATCH:
Spellbrook -> Just north of Sawbridgeworth

L1155 signal still broken, kinda stumped as to why though.

PATCH: Bishops Stortford - Harlow Town resignalled.
Minor adjustments to signalliing around Bishops Stortford.

Known bug: L1155 (P1 DN starting at Bishops Stortford) signal will not clear for an approaching train, and (for the time being) requires to be tabbed avoid a SPAD incident.
IMPORTANT: The preceding signal (L1153) will give a green light in spite of the failure of L1155. As such, DN trains should approach Bishops Stortford with caution if running under greens. (all other aspects work as normal)
