gunpowder pill - explosive dirarhea pills are now replaced by gunpowder pills if you have PHD (on Repentance)

GoatEye: fixed mod thinking you have crow heart when you don't (GetTrinketIdByName function doesn't work for vanilla trinkets anymore in repentance for some reason)

Pay Chests update - now while you have 'Pay to Play' paychests only cost 1 coin and spawning rules are changed with paychests no longer randomly replacing other chests (though the trinkets still work) and in AB+ all gold chests become paychests
