Update:
-fixed the major issue with duping dropped items
-removed spawn code (it does not spawn anywhere)

While it should technically be functional now and not cause errors (this comes with absolutely no guarantee). It will not spawn. It can only be added via commands.

-Added option: power level (brightness setting).
----Affects battery consumption rate.
----Setting is saved to the item.

-Re-equips goggles on player after loading game (player 1 only).

-Added random chance for spawned goggles to have a battery inside (40%).
----Spawned battery has random charge amount 0-100%

-Item weight 0.7 without battery, now 1.2 with battery inside,

-NVG runtime set to 3 hours per full charge (at maximum brightness).
