+ Added two information textures for the russian freight cars from Altan
+ Added information textures as a skin to the russian freight cars
+ Added choice of logos to the russian freight cars
+ Added a non-colorable white and colorable logo for rzhd3
+ Changed a bunch of logos under "prioritys materials/logos/rus/" to be largely non-colorable white (if you need a specific texture to be colorable or non-colorable, just ping me on FC&N)
+ For "model_12_1xx_gondola", scuffed the brake rigging a bit so it aligns with the new bogies (will likely be completely reworked later)

- Renamed "poluvagon" to "model_12_1xx_gondola"
- Renamed "rus_grain_hopper" to "model_19_752_hopper"
- Renamed the rzdx suite of logos to rzhdx
