Rev 430 changes:

Added:
* Now gatespawner support iris saving. But it will not open iris on spawn, you should use iris computer for this.
* Admin command for open all iris on map (with button in stargate convars menu).

Updated:
* Now visual settings and keybinder pages support multi-language.
* Improved error notification for workshop, now if you have not installed (or not download correct) some parts, it will display list in motd.
* Now gm_stargateworlds_parody_beta3 map has iris on main bases (sgc, icarus, atlantis etc).
* Improved russian translation.
* Now players can spawn iris on gatespawner gates (with fail-safe protection).
* Now you can spawn only two iris computers (for prevent blocking all gates in mp).
Note: you can't override gatespawner iris (it will automatically respawn it).

Fixed:
* Visual setting "Scorch on Walls" not working (always enabled).
* Goauld iris buble not always render (fixed?).
* Fixed exploit what allow spawn iris not on stargates.
Note: this may break your adv dupes, you must re-add iris and save dupe again.
* Gatespawner not saving icarus ramp.
* Some other small fixes.

Removed:
* Some trash in cap folder (outdated/unused files).
* Server-side convar "stargate_open_effect", because not needed anymore (there still exists client-side convar).
* Non-used visual settings and keybinds on ships.

About feature to save iris with gatespawner and fail-safe protection:
This was added mainly for mp, because people really want this. But in this case there exists fail-safe protection.

If gate have no linked iris computer (or near gate), then if iris closed, it will automatically open it (check every 15 seconds).

So there will not be something like someone block gate, then leave server and keep gate blocked forever (should be installed auto-cleanup on leave addon, like some prop protection).
Also if people will remove his iris computer iris will be automatically opened within 15 seconds.

This limitation only for iris spawned on gatespawner gate (even if iris spawner by gatespawner).

* Now stargate universe will light up when you starting dial with "Force Encode Symbol".
* Arthur mante and sodan cloaking code, now you will not see player shadow by flashlight in invisible mode. Also now if you activate arthur mante then all devices on map will be "active" for your, and now when remove device you still will be in cloak.
* Now personal shield is bit stronger, and can protect from wraith hands.
* Now you can change mode of RononDex gun by right mouse click.
* Small improvements in russian translate.

Fixed:
* Naquadah explosion effects not working.
* Arthur mante/sodan cloak/personal shield effects not working for owner in multiplayer.
* Now you can't kill player in godmode when he stunned by RononDex gur or wraith bomb.
* Now you can't kill player in godmode using wraith hands.
* Improved gatespawner protection, now you can't teleport gate by wire teleported to another destination and do some other things.
* Wire input "Dialing Symbol" not working using new wire dial by "Encode Symbol" etc.
* Destiny console menu did not accept non-english letters in "ValueF" field.
* Fixed gatespawner set incorrect additional features for stargate in some cases.
* Now arthur/sodan cloak correct uncloak after death.
* Some other fixes and small improvements.

Note: some of this changes mainly made for multiplayer, so this is small part of optimizations for multiplayer gameplay.
