- Crystal Planets now grant a special level 5 sensor
- Eludium Planets now grant a special level 6 laser

Tweaks
- Updated Crystal/Floating/Graveyard/Techno-Organic Buildings
- Lowered amount of jobs givin by districts for unique planets (now +2 & +1)
- Changed Special Building for Acean to be an upgraded version of the Food Centre
- Changed Special Building for Eludium to be an upgraded version of the energy nexus
