Added Proxy Color Tool material proxies for Infantry waffenfarbe. When using Proxy Color Tool, You can now change the color of the waffenfarbe for all infantry models. DOES NOT ENTIRELY WORK FOR ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF INFANTRY OR GD HEER MODELS.
